Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Olaasoft MMC (“OlaaSoft”, “we”, “us”), 28,73 Rizvan Teymurov str., Baku AZ1002, Azerbaijan, for the TokIQ: AI Prompt Quiz mobile app (“TokIQ” or the “app”) and this website. By downloading, installing or using TokIQ you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TokIQ.

1. The service

TokIQ provides educational quizzes, answer explanations and articles about writing prompts for AI systems. It needs an internet connection for questions, grading, progress, ranking and explanations. Content may sometimes be unavailable, for example while it is being generated, during maintenance or when a usage limit is reached. We may change, add or remove features, topics and limits over time.

2. Who can use TokIQ

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age of digital consent; below that age you may use TokIQ only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms for you. TokIQ is not directed at children under 13.

3. Accounts

TokIQ creates an anonymous guest account so you can try it without registering. Guests can answer two questions; after that you need to register with email and password, Google or Apple. Registering keeps your guest history. You must give accurate information, verify your email when asked, keep your sign-in method secure and are responsible for activity on your account. One person may not create multiple accounts to get additional free periods or to manipulate the ranking. You can delete your account in the app at any time (how); the Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.

4. Free period

New registered users receive a free period (currently 3 days; we may change the length for new users). During it you can answer up to 15 questions and open up to 3 explanations per day, and you see ads. The free period is granted once per device and once per verified email address; we may refuse it for disposable email addresses or where we detect abuse. It is not a store free trial and does not start a subscription: nothing is charged when it ends. After it ends, you need a Premium subscription to keep using the quizzes. Limits are enforced by our server and shown in the app.

5. Premium subscriptions

Premium removes ads and daily question limits, unlocks all topics and gives more explanations per day. Available subscriptions:

• Prices may vary by country and currency and may include taxes; the price shown in the app and by the store before you confirm is the price you pay.
• There is no free trial on the store subscription: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancel or manage in your store account: iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your TokIQ account does not cancel a subscription.
• Use “Restore purchases” in the app to recover Premium on a new device or after reinstalling, with the same store account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Google Play refund policy.
• If we change the price of a subscription, the store will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.
• If you live in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because Premium starts immediately, by subscribing you request immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal to the extent the law allows; any refund request is handled through the store.

6. Ads

Without Premium, TokIQ shows ads from Google AdMob and its mediation partners after the applicable consent step, including full-screen ads between questions and optional rewarded ads. We do not control which specific ad a provider selects, and we are not responsible for third-party products advertised. See the Privacy Policy for your ad privacy choices.

7. AI-generated content

Questions, answers, explanations and articles in TokIQ are generated and reviewed with AI models (currently from OpenAI) and our editorial rules. Automated review reduces errors but does not guarantee that every question, answer or explanation is correct, complete or up to date. The content is for general learning only and is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice. AI tools change quickly, so check the provider’s current documentation before relying on a technique for an important decision. Mentions of third-party products do not mean those companies sponsor or endorse TokIQ.

If you find a question or explanation that is wrong, offensive or harmful, use the Report button on the question or email choicy.appstore@gmail.com. We review reports and correct or remove content where needed.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• bypass or attempt to bypass limits, the free-period rules, payments or ads, including by creating multiple accounts or tampering with device signals;
• use bots, scripts or modified clients, send automated requests outside the app, or interfere with, overload or probe the service or its security;
• access other users’ data or accounts;
• copy, scrape, extract, sell or republish the question bank or explanations;
• manipulate the ranking;
• choose a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, infringes someone’s rights or impersonates another person or brand;
• submit reports or messages that are abusive, unlawful or contain other people’s personal data;
• use TokIQ in breach of any law or of these Terms.

We may hide ranking entries, remove nicknames, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, acting proportionately and, where reasonable, after notice.

9. Your content

Your nickname and the reports and messages you send stay yours. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display (for nicknames, in the ranking) and use them to run and improve TokIQ for as long as needed for those purposes. You confirm you have the right to submit them.

10. Intellectual property

TokIQ, its name, logo, design, software, questions, explanations, articles and other content are owned by Olaasoft MMC or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial learning on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and, on iOS, the Apple Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the app or its content except where the law expressly allows. All rights not granted are reserved.

11. Third-party services

TokIQ relies on third-party services such as Apple, Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play), OpenAI, Adapty and others listed in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to your use of them (for example, the App Store and Google Play terms to purchases). We are not responsible for third-party websites or ads you open from TokIQ.

12. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded TokIQ from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”) applies to your use of the app. These Terms supplement the Apple EULA; if they conflict, the Apple EULA prevails for iOS users to the extent of the conflict. You and we acknowledge that:

• these Terms are between you and Olaasoft MMC only, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
• if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app;
• we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims by you or third parties relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection or privacy claims;
• we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any claim that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights;
• you confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• you must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Disclaimers

TokIQ is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about accuracy of content, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract under the law of your country.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of data, profits or goodwill, or for decisions you make based on TokIQ content. Our total liability for all claims relating to TokIQ is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using TokIQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue TokIQ; where we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice where possible. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) survive termination.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when TokIQ or the law changes. The new version is published on this page with a new date. For material changes we will tell you in the app or by other reasonable means before they take effect. If you continue to use TokIQ after that, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using TokIQ and cancel any subscription.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the courts of Baku have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules and the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence that you have under the law of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally.

18. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and, for iOS users, the Apple EULA are the entire agreement between you and us about TokIQ. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business, without reducing your rights. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.
